Grandmother Arrested Over Killing Of Six-year-old

A grandmother was arrested early on Sunday over the murder of a six-year-old boy in Wan Chai.
Police found the boy unconscious in a hotel room at on Lockhart Road around 1am.
According to witnesses, he had strangulation wounds on his neck and the 52-year-old grandmother appeared to have self-inflicted injuries.
They were both taken to the Ruttonjee Hospital where the boy was certified dead.
Police arrested the woman at the hospital. The Wan Chai district crime squad are following up on the case.
