Beijing loyalist Tsang Hin-chi has died at the age of 85 in his home town in Guangdong province.

Goldlion issued an obituary, saying its founder had lost his battle with illness on Friday afternoon, but didn't give details.

It also heralded him as an outstanding entrepreneur and a patriot.

Tsang was a former standing committee member of the National Peoples' Congress and was widely known for his pro-China comments.
