Four women in their 50s were injured in a knife attack in Sham Shui Po's Garden Hill on Friday morning.

Three of them were said to have been wounded by a man at around 10am, with a fourth injured as the man fled the scene.

The four were taken to hospital, with knife wounds to their backs and chests.

Blood-stained tissues were seen lying on the ground following the attack, which police said they were treating as a wounding case.

Officers said nothing was stolen from the women during the assaults.
