Health officials reported four new Covid-19 cases on Friday – with one local infection linked to a previous imported case.
The Centre for Health Protection says the remaining three patients were all overseas during the incubation period, and had returned from Pakistan, India and the United States.
This made it the fifth time in seven days that Hong Kong did not see a new coronavirus case with an unknown source.
But health officials said the public should continue to maintain a high level of hygiene and avoid going out, having social contact, or dining out.
They also strongly urged people to avoid all non-essential travel outside Hong Kong.
The total number of confirmed infections in Hong Kong stood at 5,284 on Friday.
