Authorities said eight people were sent to hospital on Monday after getting a Covid-19 jab.
Six of the eight had received the Sinovac vaccine, while the remaining two had received BioNTech shots.
The eight reportedly got their vaccines on Sunday, and developed symptoms that included dizziness, headaches, palpitations, chest discomfort, and a rash.
In the end, five cases did not require hospital admission, two were discharged, and one was admitted for observation.
Authorities also announced that so far, 103,800 people have received their first dose of a Covid-19 vaccine.
This includes 101,700 people who got the Sinovac jab, and 2,100 who received the BioNTech vaccine.
Meanwhile, 12 more community vaccination centres will begin administering the BioNTech vaccine from next Tuesday onwards.
Those eligible can start making their appointments, and the government's booking system shows there are still slots available at every centre.
