Driver Held Over Death Of Motorbike Rider

A driver has been arrested after a fatal crash involving a motorcycle at Tai Tam Road on Wednesday night.
Police say the motorbike was heading towards Chai Wan at about 8.15pm when it was in a head-on crash with a private car near the Shek O roundabout.
The 41-year-old rider suffered injuries to his chest and feet. He was taken to Pamela Youde Nethersole Eastern Hospital unconscious and was declared dead just before 9pm.
The 61-year-old driver has been held on suspicion of dangerous driving causing death.
