Customs on Monday arrested a 29-year-old man in Kowloon City following the seizure on Sunday of 10 kilos of what's thought to be ketamine at Hong Kong International Airport.

Officers found the suspected drugs concealed inside 24 milk powder cans, which had arrived by air from the Netherlands.

They have a street value of about HK$5 million.

The arrested man has been released on bail pending further investigation.
