The government on Wednesday issued compulsory testing notices for

35 places

across Hong Kong.

Anyone who has visited any of these premises and stayed there for the length of time and on the dates specified must get a nucleic acid test for Covid-19.

The residential buildings are located in Tung Chung, Kwun Tong, Tsim Sha Tsui, Sha Tin, Yuen Long, Aberdeen, Sau Mau Ping, Hung Hom, Quarry Bay, Lam Tin, North Point, Yau Tong, Tuen Mun, Tsuen Wan, Tseung Kwan O, Sai Ying Pun, Tin Shui Wai, Mong Kok, Cheung Sha Wan, Tai Wai, Hung Hom and Chai Wan.

Notices were also issued for commercial premises: Sing Chi Kee Restaurant in Glorious Garden, Tuen Mun; Supreme WB at Pacifica Mall in Cheung Sha Wan; Cafe de Itamomo at Manhattan Mid-Town in Lai Chi Kok; Sun Ming Yuen Seafood Restaurant at Sha Tin's Chun Yeung Shopping Centre; Chi Kong at Kok Cheung Street in Tai Kok Tsui; Starbucks Coffee at Pacific Place in Admiralty; Victoria Harbour Restaurant at Amoy Plaza in Ngau Tau Kok and Gourmet Hot Pot at Ho Man Tin's Peace Tower.

The Centre for Health Protection reported 1,047 new Covid infections on Wednesday.
