The government on Friday issued compulsory testing notices for

40 places

across Hong Kong.

Anyone who has visited any of these premises and stayed there for the length of time and on the dates specified must get a nucleic acid test for Covid-19.

The residential buildings are located in Yuen Long, Tai Kok Tsui, Tai Wai, Wong Tai Sin, Yau Tong, Tseung Kwan O, Tsim Sha Tsui, Discovery Bay, Tsing Yi, Chai Wan, Tuen Mun, Sham Shui Po, Kowloon City, Tsuen Wan, Sheung Shui, Kwai Chung, Shau Kei Wan, Ma On Shan, Yuen Long, Tung Chung, Cheung Sha Wan, Quarry Bay, Ngau Chi Wan, Hung Hom, Ho Man Tin,

The Centre for Health Protection reported 1,145 new coronavirus infections on Friday.
