The government on Wednesday issued compulsory testing notices for

40 places

across Hong Kong.

Anyone who has visited any of these premises and stayed there for more than two hours since April 6 must get a nucleic acid test for Covid-19 on Thursday or Friday.

The buildings are located in Kowloon City, Yuen Long, Tuen Mun, Ma On Shan, Sha Tin, Kwai Chung, Shek Kip Mei, Lai Chi Kok, Wong Tai Sin, Tsz Wan Shan, To Kwa Wan, Sau Mau Ping, North Point, Quarry Bay, Chai Wan, Sai Ying Pun, Tai Po, Tai Wai, Fanling, Tsuen Wan, Tseung Kwan O, Kwun Tong, Lam Tin, Cheung Sha Wan, Yau Tong, Ngau Tau Kok, Ngau Chi Wan and Mong Kok.

The Centre for Health Protection reported 668 new Covid infections on Wednesday.
