The government on Thursday issued compulsory testing notices for
40 blocksacross Hong Kong.
Anyone who has visited any of these premises and stayed there for more than two hours since April 8 must get a nucleic acid test for Covid-19 on Friday or Saturday.
The buildings are located in Kowloon Tong, Wong Tai Sin, Tsz Wan Shan, Diamond Hill, Ngau Tau Kok, Kwun Tong, Tai Wai, Sha Tin, Fo Tan, Tai Po, Ma On Shan, Hung Hom, To Kwa Wan, Sham Shui Po, Cheung Sha Wan, Kwai Chung, Tsuen Wan, Tin Shui Wai, Yuen Long, Sheung Shui , Fanling, Tuen Mun, Sai Kung, Yau Tong, Tseung Kwan O, Sai Kung and Mid-Levels.
The Centre for Health Protection reported 628 new Covid infections on Thursday.
