Police said they arrested a bar owner and a staff member for flouting anti-epidemic regulations by allegedly serving customers in defiance of a mandatory closure order on early Sunday morning.
They said they found 30 customers at the bar on Kimberley Road when they patrolled the area at around 5am, including two who were underage.
The force said most people were not wearing masks at the time and officers issued fixed penalty tickets to the customers there for breaching the gathering ban.
Officers say they also found a small amount of cocaine and marijuana at the site.
A 22-year-old bar owner and a 39-year-old worker were arrested on suspicion of drug trafficking and breaching the closure order under anti-epidemic regulations.
The force stressed that it will strictly enforce the law against bars violating the closure orders during the Christmas and New Year Holidays.
