  • Bar employee killed in Tsim Sha Tsui after brawl

A bar employee has been killed, while three others have been injured after they were attacked by over a dozen customers overnight.

The incident happened at around 1am outside the bar on Austin Road in Tsim Sha Tsui.

Police said around two dozen people were involved in a brawl, leaving four bar staff injured.

One of them – a 36-year-old man, later died in hospital.

Officers believe the attacks started after the patrons were asked to leave the bar due to the government's anti-epidemic measure requiring it to close at midnight.

The case has been classified as murder and wounding.
