Another cleaner who worked at RTHK was confirmed on Sunday with Covid-19.

The male outsourced worker was responsible for cleaning the station’s male washrooms.

He worked on the same shift as a female cleaner who came down with the infection last week. She was responsible for cleaning the station’s female washrooms.

RTHK said the man was told to stay away from work last Thursday morning, before the station disinfected its headquarters in Kowloon Tong.

Seven other cleaners who worked with the patients have been told to stay away from work and get tested for Covid-19.
