Airport Express trains will only travel directly from Hong Kong station to the airport on Sunday, as part of measures to deter anti-government protesters from heading to Chek Lap Kok.
In a statement, the Airport Authority said all trains will not stop at Kowloon, Tsing Yi and AsiaWorld-Expo stations from 9am.
The check-in services at Kowloon Station will also be cancelled tomorrow.
The authority said the measure is aimed at ensuring the smooth operation of the airport, in view of calls by netizens to disrupt traffic heading to the airport.
Anti-extradition bill protesters had targeted the airport to bring the global attention to their campaign.
On one occassion, the protest lead to a complete shutdown of the airport operations leaving hundreds of thousands of travellers stranded.
The airport authority has obtained a court injunction against disruption of its functioning, but a call on social media had asked protesters to head to Chek Lap Kok to air their demands.
