The police are investigating a fatal traffic accident in Ngau Tau Kok on Monday afternoon in which a 41-year-old man died.
At about 5.40 pm, a heavy goods vehicle driven by a 46-year-old man was travelling along the Kwun Tong Bypass towards Sha Tin. Upon reaching the Prince Edward Road East (Link Road), it reportedly knocked down the 41-year-old man.
The man was rushed to the United Christian Hospital with serious injuries and was certified dead at 8.17pm.
