Police have arrested three more staff members of a foster home in Prince Edward at the centre of abuse allegations.
Officers said on Wednesday three female employees of the Children's Residential Home were detained on suspicion of ill-treatment or neglect of children.
The force added the number of alleged victims had risen to 20, and they have all been sent to hospital for treatment.
The police have arrested a total of six staff members of the foster home run by the Society for the Protection of Children.
Of the three arrests made last week, two have been charged with assault by those in charge of child or young person, and the other suspect was freed on bail.
