The Centre for Health Protection (CHP) confirmed 14 new imported coronavirus cases on Thursday.
It said 11 of them, aged between two and 39, had flown in from Pakistan on Tuesday.
All of them had been in Pakistan for months before returning to Hong Kong. They were taken to hospital from a quarantine centre after their coronavirus tests came back positive.
The other cases are a 38-year-old woman from the Philippines, and a 13-year-old boy who travelled from India on Wednesday.
The latest cases take the total number of infections reported here to 1,193, with seven fatalities.
